Trade Marks – Protecting What Makes Your Brand Unique
Your trade mark isn’t just a logo or a catchy name—it’s your brand’s identity, and it says a lot about who you are, what you stand for, and how your customers see you. It makes it easy for people to find you, remember you, and trust you. And most importantly, it keeps others from trying to impersonate you or ride on your success.
A trade mark is a legal right that gives you exclusive use of your brand on the goods or services it’s registered for. It can be anything that makes your brand stand out—whether that’s a name, logo, slogan, shape, or even a sound or smell. The key is that it needs to be distinctive enough to set your business apart from others.
